HR Supervisor (only for Saudi Nationals)

Role and Responsibilities

To support the Station Manager in implementing the company HR & Training strategy and initiatives.

 

 

  • Provide managers with the necessary tools and knowledge to manage their people in line with our performance management guidelines; providing constructive feedback, career growth guidance  
  • Partner with the station manager and functional heads to identify and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes, resulting in a proper manpower plan
  • Lead the implementation of the manpower plan and ensure vacancies are managed and filled in line with the approved budget and executed as per the correct recruitment process
  • Define and lead projects based on business needs related to reward and recognition plans, employee engagement plan and compensation and benefits
  • Run employee engagement surveys and generate an action plan to close the gaps identified from the survey
  • Lead the performance management and talent development processes including setting individual KPIs, performance appraisals, succession planning, IDPs, Future Leaders Pipeline
  • Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and continue to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practice.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and employee relations at the station level – grievance, company policy and labor law adherence, union etc.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field
  • People management experience.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Able to prioritize and properly manage workload
  • Proficient in MS Office
