Business Development Executive - Dammam

Location: Saudi Arabia, Dammam

Grade: E7

Purpose of the Job

Responsible for achieving revenue growth in Freight Services through the development and acquisition of new businesses, this focuses on the process of finding new business prospects and new markets

 

Job Responsibilities  

  • Identifying new potential markets for selling products, developing new profit and revenue streams, and developing lists of potential prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Align with the Freight product Manager on the market leads, pipeline strength and budget needed
  • Align with the Freight product Manager on available opportunities and prepare quotation  to ensure maximum competitiveness and profitability
  • Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on growth
  • Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized, tailored solutions
  • Regularly reviewing pipeline leads and targets to ensure coming up with plans to help achieve and exceed targets set
  • Collect required customer information and documents to ensure proper customer onboarding and efficient operational handover
  • Ensure customers information is up-to-date by utilizing CRM tools

Job Requirements (Experience and education)

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any other related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • At least 2–4 years sales experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding sales
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and analytical skills
