Territory Manager

Key Responsibilities 

 • Promotes and sells Aramex services to generate revenue and meet sales targets
• Identify potential new customers to build the sales pipeline
• Identifies dormant accounts to develop strategies for winning back business and promoting future growth
• Meet with customers to understand their requirements and accordingly build an accurate profile
• Coordinate with the different stakeholders (operations, freight, etc.) to ensure customer needs are met
• Research information regarding best and common practices within the market competition

 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• At least 2 - 3 years sales experience, preferably in transport or express shipping
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Strong customer focus and analytical skills
